If someone uses PeerWay to distribute malware, illegal content or harass another person, write to us. We read every report.

WHAT TO INCLUDE

Details that help us act

The account code or the file identifier.
The file's SHA-256 hash, if you have it.
The approximate date and time, with your time zone.
The exact message text or a screenshot.
Your email, only to reply to you.

HOW TO SEND IT

An email, no forms

Write to sugerencias@peerway.me with the subject “Abuse”. The button opens your mail client with the subject already written. There is no web form because we would have nowhere to store it.

Do not send the file. The identifier, the hash and the date are enough to start.

We reply within 2 business days at most and prioritise malware and illegal content.

WHAT WE CAN DO

Real limits

We cannot read encrypted P2P transfers. We act on the cloud, accounts and public links.

We can remove cloud files and suspend accounts. We do not block IP addresses because many people share the same one through CGNAT.
